Job Description

Looking for a sourcer that can assist the Talent Acquisition Manger to recruit and source qualified individuals. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving hyper growth, fast-paced, energetic environment in Scottsdale. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts recruitment meeting with hiring manager to create the recruitment and selection plan for the open position, which may include reviewing current job description, understanding the talent needs, and defining recruitment and selection steps to identify and source qualified talent.
  • Utilizes social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical/non-technical means to source passive and active candidates to open and projected positions.
  • Utilizes screening interview and validated employment assessment tests
  • Ensures that all applicant records and data are properly maintained
  • Participates in events, such as career fairs, presentations at colleges, or attendance at student group meetings.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
  • Requires prior experience of recruiting and/or sourcing positions 
  • Demonstrated skill in interviewing techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while efficiently building relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong customer-service orientation in all interactions.
  • Ability to work productively in an environment with high levels of interruption.
  • Basic computer skills  including experience using electronic applicant tracking systems
