Job Description

An Arizona based real estate investment trust has an immediate opportunity for a Portfolio Coordinator/Lease Administrator.  This position will work with the Portfolio Management and Dispositions Teams to assist in the sale of commercial real estate assets from the portfolio. 


  • Assists Portfolio Management Team with set-up of due diligence material and lease files for 3rd party review as well as upkeep of internal electronic files.
  • Assist Closer/Paralegal with gathering of documentation for lease amendments and dispositions contract.
  • Coordinate ordering of due diligence information for restructures and dispositions.
  • Coordinating site visits and diligence visits with Tenants.
  • Act as the liaison between Property Management, Portfolio Team and the tenant as issues arise.
  • Assist Closer in updating lease data as accounts are resolved.
  • Work with the dispositions team on fielding broker requests.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Vice President – Portfolio Management/Special Servicing.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet applications, and common business software.
  • Candidate must be comfortable working with tenants, brokers and attorneys, be proactive with high attention to detail.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Portfolio Administration or assisting with commercial real estate transactions
