Job Summary:

The Director of Client Services is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. Its dual focus is both guiding our sales channel to expand with new opportunities as well as keeping current clients by supervising Key Account Managers (KAMs).

Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Hiring and managing a two person sales team
  • Bringing new clients on with our services and programs
  • Maintaining high client retention and managing a six person KAM group
  • Developing long term client relationships
  • Ensuring regular communication with clients and keeping their satisfaction high.
  • Entrenching within new and existing clients to promote the value of our managed telecom services.
  • Handle client escalations that involve account level decision makers
  • Manage the political and relationship aspects of the customer lifecycle from discovery to implementation and beyond
  • Stay abreast of trends and subject matter knowledge by networking within the industry
  • Participate in national conferences and trade shows where strategically advantageous
  • Achieve quarterly revenue goals for both new and existing clients
  • Creatively market products and services to enterprise level clients

At least two years experience in wireless, wireline and IOT.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
  • MS Office especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT
  • ConnectWise, Salesforce and/or other CRM software experience
  • Familiarity with Software, Internet and technology jargon
  • Travel will be required (approximately 50%)
  • Flexibility to wear many hats and handle diverse duties
  • Extensive background in business management or sales
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, telecom or software fields
  • Professional online familiarity and presence including LinkedIn and other social media
