Job Description

Provides spontaneous service excellence to customers, employees, and business associates.  Must be knowledgeable in Chapter 7 & 13 as well as various banking products and services to identify data issues that will benefit the customer as well as provide quality service to customers. Provides administrative support for the department. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook are required. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and demonstrate good knowledge of lending products and services.
  • Organize and maintain all data system (lending platform) for reports and correspondence.
  • Make recommendations to streamline processes in support of Department Functions.     
  • Process bi-weekly transfers, monthly automatic transfers, skip pays
  • Complete loan payment history research.
  • Change due dates on current and delinquent loans, including loan extensions.
  • Process refunds, late fees and refund other fees as directed by Management.
  • Under direction of Management process holds on accounts, add fees to loans, charge off and Installment loans.
  • Follow CFPB policies for compliance with all laws and regulations, specifically, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, Security Policies and Confidentiality Policies.

Job Requirements


  • Maintains an advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience within a Lending Management System
  • Good organizational skills allowing tasks to be completed in a timely manner.
  • Performance is in accordance with CFPB established policies and procedures.
  • Works with management to achieve Lending goals.
  • Professional interaction with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to adapt to changes.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Maintain Member satisfaction for quality service.
  • Follow-up on requests within Departmental established timeframe.
